Professor HUANG Bin, Party Secretary of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

         HUANG Bin, male, born in June 1958 with the native place of Leizhou City, Guangdong Province, graduated from the Medical Care Department of Guangdong Medical University in July 1984 and since then he worked in the Physical Education and Medical Educating Section of Guangdong Department of Education. In August 1987, Professor Huang joined Chinese Communist Party and after July 1992 and July 1998, he worked as the Vice Director and Director of Personnel Section of Guangdong Department of Education. In November 1998, he worked as the Party Committee Member of Guangdong Department of Education and after May 2000, the Party Committee Office Director of Guangdong Department of Education. In January 2001, he was the Vice Secretary of Party Committee of Guangdong Department of Education and after January 2007, he worked as the Party Secretary of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
         In the first half year of 1996 he worked as the team leader in the county primary level Party construction work in Fengkai County. From 1996 to 1998, he took the advanced study of Education Administration in Beijing Normal University. Since 2005, he took the part-time postgraduate study of Law in the Central Party School of CPC.
